IEC 2022.3.0 adds expanded functionality for Guest Groups and lays the groundwork for Guest Reservation Management.

In this release, we made a few changes to the checkout process, allowing for waivers to be placed at the end of the checkout process to optimize the purchase flow. We also introduce attribute based selection of products, an exciting new way to represent products in IeC! With attribute based selection of products, there is no longer a 1-to-1 relationship between Core and IeC products; instead, a single IeC product can represent multiple Core products, with the user's selected options in IeC determining which products get provisioned on sale.

While IeC 2021.3.0 is primarily maintenance release, it also introduces our new party member allocation flow. With this new flow, party members only need to be named at the start of checkout, speeding up the flow through the store and reducing the instances of duplicate profiles. IEC 2021.0.0 introduces the ability for Instructors to view their scheduled activities, participants and details of those participants through the IEC portal. They can also add progress reports and notes to a participant, all of which is synchronized to the core system. In addition to this new feature, we are also nearing the end of our associate management initiative; in this release, we introduce new ways of searching for associates, e.g. using email or phone number. This new process streamlines the overall process of adding party members, and is an important step in introducing party member allocation post-checkout.
